The Water's Edge Inn & Gallery is located in Baddeck, overlooking the Bras d’Or Lakes. The uniquely decorated rooms have free Wi-Fi access and a cable TV. All the units enjoy a small seating area. Complete with a small refrigerator, the room also has a coffee machine. A hairdryer and free toiletries can be found in the private bathroom. Some have a lake view. A continental breakfast is served each morning for guests staying in rooms at The Water's Edge Inn & Gallery. Guests in the studio enjoy kitchen facilities. Breakfast at The Freight Shed was AMAZING!!! The staff were kind and so attentive!!! The location on the wharf was just lovely - especially in the early evening, with the view and the food!!! We ate there every morning (as the breakfast was included in our room) and had dinner a few nights!!!

The hosts warm welcome and attention to detail to ensure our stay was very comfortable by checking our needs were fulfilled in the room in person. Room was furnished charmingly. The short walk along the coast and harbour for breakfast was a nice aspect

Fantastic location on the waterfront. Good size room, comfortable bed, balcony, easy access, lovely views. Loved using the Freight Shed for breakfast with vouchers, also great for dinner! Definitely my favourite stay on this trip.

The location was excellent for exploring the Cabot Trail. I loved the breakfast setup at the Freight Shed and the breakfasts were wonderful. The accommodations were very comfortable.

“Great spot to access the Cabot Trail”
Location is perfect, walkable to the harbour and slight uphill walk to shops/ restaurants. Breakfast was amazing-$20 credit at the outstanding restaurant nearby, on the water. Room was roomy and made up super cute. Coffee and cream avail in room Staff were hard working and really nice

Location was great, right across road from waterfront harbour. Room was very nice, spacious and modern. The person checking us in was awesome and knowledgible, made sure we had everything we needed. The Inn was close to everything, parking was good.
