The location is outstanding. We were blessed with good weather and the views are spectacular. The host laid on a BBQ meal for the guests and it was a very special evening with sparkling company and great hospitality. Clearly the guests made it so and the mix will vary, but the hospitality made the evening go very well.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great location up on the hill. Great view towards Montalto town. Pool was a plus, spacious room, nice design, comfortable bed. Staff was so helpful. Need a car to get here. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend for some peace and quiet.

We liked many things about this property. It really is a gem that we stumbled across on our trip across northern Italy. Here are a few of our favourite points: 1. The people. The family that run the establishment are absolutely fantastic. Personable and attentive you really feel very well looked after. 2. The property was incredibly beautiful. 3. The location and surrounding views were some of the best we have ever seen. 4. Food was fantastic. Breakfast included was a variety of fresh ingredients and homemade foods. We enjoyed a dinner on site that was at extra cost but worth every penny. 5. Swimming pool a real bonus. 6. Coffees on tap! 7. The room was great. All of the property was very well looked after. 8. Discovery of the property was a big win for us. We found a panoramic viewpoint on the roof that was a fantastic addition to our stay. Overall we loved it. A very memorable couple of nights at the property. Thank you Veronica & family.

We had a wonderful room overlooking the mountains around and the lovely village across where we had a great meal in the local restaurant. Our host Veronica was super kind. Breakfast was great, coffee excellent.

Everything is nicely maintained and perfectly clean. The breakfast choice was wide and very tasty. Capuccino is excellent and the view from the terrace is stunning (see picture about a part of it). The host is a very nice and caring man.

Beautiful and spacious room, very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was among the best we had in Italy. Well-kept surroundings, with many details that contribute to a pleasant stay. The view on the surrounding hills is astonishing. It is run by a young couple who were excellent hosts. We had an excellent dinner in 4 courses and very good wine. Google maps did not provide us with an accurate location, but they came to pick us up at the main road.
