The property was very clean, perfectly equiped. Mrs. Rosa Maria thought about everything in arvance “in case you need anything”. Very good location. Metro 1 min walking distance. Sagrada familia - 10 min with metro.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this accommodation just outside of Barcelona. The location is ideal—close enough to the city for easy access, yet peaceful and relaxing. Transportation options are excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The place itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the thoughtful amenities to the cozy, inviting atmosphere, every detail has been carefully considered. It’s spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels like a true home away from home. The owners are wonderfully friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable. They’re always one step ahead, anticipating needs before you even have to ask. If you’re looking for a place near BCN that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, look no further. The host was exceptional and very accommodating. He helped with every need we might have had and was super nice as well. Even had suggestions about places to visit and where to eat. Also gave us a water and a little present at the end of the trip!!! You could tell he was happy to host. The house is beautiful and very cleaned. Has a nice terrace for a chill night outside and 10 minutes by walk away from the beach. The location is really good for a chill holiday at the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops, but also 3 minutes away from the subway station. That makes it easy to reach places like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlò, Park Guàll. We are a group of young girls and we were able to easily reach the Barceloneta (main discos and bar street) and get back safely with taxis and subways. All around best host experience we’ve ever had.

I liked the neighborhood very much, it’s really easy to either go into the city or stay and enjoy the beach as well as going out for dinner. I loved how well organized is the accommodation and the great details about the baby’s things

“Everything you need in a place that feels like home”

The apartment felt like home, the host family was very welcoming and they have thought of everything to make their quests comfortable. The closeness to the sea (10 min) makes it a great destination for beach lovers. It was under 5 minutes walk to the metro station. The appartment was very well equipped (full kitchen and all necessary utensils, beach towel and umbrella, plenty of towels in the bathroom, washing machine and washing liquid, cleaning tools, drying rack and more). There were manuals and instructions for machines and for other things. There was a comprehensive tourist info folder provided for anything you would need. The was an air conditioner and two fans mounted to the walls. The trash is sorted into four bins. There were several grocery stores near the appartment and a couple of bakerys for fresh bread options. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you.

Very comfortable and ideally situated for us. A 5 minute walk to the beach, even less to the underground station.

It's only a 10 minute, straight walk to the beach. The location is nice and quiet and we felt safe and is only 5 minutes from an Aldi and the metro station. The apartment is lovely with very handy information stickers dotted around to help with their appliances and procedures. Fans and an air-conditioning unit are availlble too. The hosts were always available to contact if I needed them. It's flawlessy clean and well kept.
