The home owners are very hospitable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast overlooking the lake which the owner cooked herself

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elias Borbirtok! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was simply amazing - fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere of the place is charming and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We’re certain that whenever we’re in the area again, we will only stay here. Highly recommended!

Ildiko and Gabor were exceptional hosts - warm and welcoming. We were treated to a lovely wine tasting experience and narrative about how this enterprising couple have built up their business over the past 7 years. Their wines are amongst the best I have tasted. It was magical to be on Badacsony Hill out of season and feel we had the late all to ourselves - the location of Elias is great. We slept so well - very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely and warm. Good quality fixtures and fittings in our rooms, great shower. Our breakfast was first rate - home cooked with love !

“Perfect stay for a quiet getaway with picturesque landscape and amazing food & wines”

Amazing location on the hill, with majestic views to Lake Balaton. The hosts were kind and offered us wine tasting even though outside of main season. The food and wines were excellent, great portions and nicely painted.

The place, house, room and view of the terrace is very beautiful and everything is cozy. We took the wine tasting in the evening and we really loved it and enjoyed it! We strongly recommend it to others! We also were lucky to be only guests in the evening, thus we got all the attention from the house owners and had a lovely conversation about wine and Hungary :)

“Panorama, peace and wine”

The location is fantastic; it's hard to imagine anything better than that. The breakfast prepared by Ildikó is delicious and plentiful. And what a panoramic breakfast! The room, the house, and the surroundings are neat; a relaxingly clean and elegant simplicity characterizes everything. Last but not least, we highly appreciated the wines from the host's winery.

“Amazing stay in Hungarian winery”

Great location (amazing views, nice beaches are up to 10 min by car), very good breakfast, possibility to have wine tasting at place, order some extra food (dinner or some snacks) and buy wine. Hosts are great - they helped us to organize doctor appointment and were very flexible with arranging dinner and wine tasting. We will definitely come back there :-)

Breathtaking view, nice and welcoming owners and very spacious room with a super comfortable bed. We will definitely come back, this is the best accommodation we stayed at lake Balaton so far.
