“Wonderful hotel in the center.”
Bad Waldsee is my second home, my family have lived here for years and this is the best hotel in the town. Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and the most comfortable beds. The food in the hotel is delicious.

“A great last minute booking!”
I had a last minute trip for work and hubby and I booked here at the Grüner Baum very last minute, while on the road actually, when we arrived we were greeted professionally and were given all details that were needed. Attention to detail here is excellent and one can see the hotel is kept to high standards compared to other establishments of the same price range. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (Monday & Tuesday sind Ruhetage) but the aromas wafting through the hotel were amazing and when we get a chance again we will definitely dine here. Breakfast was great, extremely fresh! Our room was comfortable and had a ceiling fan which helped a lot. Check-out wasn't an early hour either, so all-in-all a great choice.

“Friendly staff, central location and nice breakfast, but not recommended for non-smokers”
Location in the historic village center was nice, near sites and restaurants, and within a 15 min. walk through town to the thermal bath. Staff was friendly. The numerous notices that parking was limited or not available. If I had a vehicle it's good to know I'd have to park elsewhere ahead of time. If you're coming with public transportation it's not far from the bus stop or train station.

“The town looks like Paradise”
The town and the hotel are very quaint. We rented two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable. Due to the season, there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Perfect place to relax and spend a few quiet days

“Pleasant place”
We did not stay in the main building. There are not enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hostel. With several packages, check-in is difficult and inconvenient, especially if the accommodation is not in the main building..
