We had a great experience at Klosterhof. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. The spa was perfect, it was a big joy to swim in the outdoor heated pool while snow was falling around us. All the spa facilities were excellent and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking mountain views. Special thanks to the entire staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is an exceptional place that I can only warmly recommend. I travel a lot for work and therefore can truly say this place is special comparing to other luxury hotels. Stayed here for 4 nights with my mother while I am in my 3. trimester. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to spend a baby moon. The spa and treatments for both my mother and me with pregnancy were 10/10. The food options were great and particularly the breakfast was to dream about, however dinner could have been a bit more spicy for our personal taste. All hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and passionate about creating a lasting and personal experience. At the same time, the hotel feels down to earth and you can be your authentic self which adds truly to the ability to relax. We are planning to come back and already recommend the place to others

A quiet accommodation in a beautiful environment, with comfortable rooms and beds. Finally, a place with good quality mattresses, a well-equipped bathroom and living room. The staff was very kind and attentive. It was my birthday, and I even received a small gift, with handwritten notes.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, whose main aim seems to be to make guests feel at home. The room was beautiful, modern with respect for the alpine environment. Food was very good and excellent cocktails. Highly recommended!

From the moment we checked in, the receptionists friendly and charming demeanour set the tone for the entire day. The facilities are top notch - from the pools to the yoga classes. The salt water alpine dome was a real treat and highly recommended. The breakfast and dinner options were absolutely top class. And most importantly the hotel caters to pregnant ladies which made life so easy and enjoyable for my partner

A very attractive, low-key yet well-designed and well-run hotel in perfect seclusion. Excellent breakfast and dinner on the spacious terrace, a welcoming pool and a relaxing massage at the SPA. Very attentive staff; helped us with a last-minute e-Bike rental (also great). Easy parking, short distances everywhere. Bonus point: The Alphorn musician in the evening!

“A wonderful find”

Truly a beautiful hideaway.. very stylish hotel with fantastic helpful staff! The spa area has a complete offering and all brand new in appearance! 1st class.. The surrounding countryside is stunning.. highly recommend this hotel. Martin on reception was very helpful and Alexandra in the restaurant had us laughing and so nice .. Food was just the best they did a BBQ our evening the terrace has wonderful views. Hopefully return one day!

omg! What an experience! the spa was amazing, unfortunatelly it was just till 8pm. The dinner was - I am speechless. The staff were so nice and helpfull. The room was really nice and cleam. The hotel was really calm. And the breakfast? Just wow!

Absolutely loved our short stay at Klosterhof. We had a suite (family of 4 plus dog) which was essentially a bedroom with a living room where the sofa bed was for the kids (12 year old twins). We had a balcony with stunning views of the Alps. The spa area was delightful and the pools a nice bonus. The food was amazing. We loved exploring and walked to Bad Reichenhall and got the cable car to Predigtstuhl. Not a fan of heights but views at the top were amazing. We ate at the restaurant there and it was delicious. We also drove to a car park (about 30 mins) where there is a cable car to the top of Untersberg. Even more breathtaking views! My daughter and I had our walking shoes and poles and walked down Reitstag. It had a very steep gradient and was hard on the legs. Took us nearly 4 hours. I wouldn't do it again as apart from the first hour when you're looking down on to Salzburg you spend most of the walk under the canopy of the forest and we literally saw noone so it was dark and a little bit uninspiring. It's very close to Salzburg which we had stayed in previous to our stay at Klosterhof. Lovely city full of charm and history (and plenty of Sound of Music gems).

basically everything, location, room (piece of art included!), food, friendly staff, wellness. We had a wedding in the area and we decided to extend our stay a bit longer so we started looking for a modern wellness hotel. This was the only one we found in the area and it was definitely the right decision, we will definitely come back again.
