I was looking for a affordable hotel nearby and found this one. The price was good, rooms super clean and nice looking. Staff was also friendly. Would recomend!

“Good place to stay and supporting the hotels in the area by coming back is good”
City is under reconstruction obviously, good to see a lot of progress. The hotel section is still closed but the guest accomadation currently being used offers large rooms.

“Comfortable, quiet and great value”
The main hotel (and restaurant) building was still closed after the flood, but we stayed in the adjacent "Beethoven Haus". The owner was extremelely nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very calm. It's maybe 10 minutes on foot from the center, with nice views. Great quality for the price.

“Non existent”
The hotel was closed. You state that we were a no show but we arrived at 6 pm to find the hotel closed. Local residents confirmed that is usually the case at this time of year .It caused us quite a lot of anxiety. I would like an apology and an explanation of your unacceptable performance.

The noisiest place I've stayed in outside UK, the road in front of the hotel is a main road, so you will have the feeling of having the bed you are sleeping in placed in the middle of the road, be aware.The room is nicet,but the big room windows are vintage style, there is only a single layer of glass, church like style , no escape from the traffic noise on the street outside.
