“It was great!”
Very nice space, well decorated, equiped with all necessities. There's cutlery, glasses, tea and coffee. It was cleaned once in 3 nights. Easy and direct self check in. Located very centraly.

A very convenient location in the centre of town with own packing spaces. Have stayed here before, so can recommend it. Comfortable studio apartment with all necessary facilities. Very clean and practical bathroom.

“Very practical Studio, located in the centre of town.”
The studio is well located in the town centre; the building is set back in the corner of Aliceplatz. There is yard parking in front. The key dispenser worked well. Something of a novelty. Studio 11, ground floor was very clean, well laid out. The bathroom was practical and spotless. Will come again.

When we arrived all looked nice and promising despite of the fact that our room was situated in the ground floor and the entrance to the building was just 50cm next to the room door. But the night was terrible. The self-check booth was 1m far from our door and the group of one woman and few some strange lokals were trying to check in despite of the full house and it lasted for an hour while were very loud and smoking cigarettes next to our open window. Due to the absence of air-conditioning it could not be closed in the hot summer night and our room was filled with smoke and drunk noises. When we finally got asleep the cleaning staff started the make serious noises and stared to do the laundry at 7am even so the check out time was at 10.30 and left the laundry door open. And guess what, the laundry door was right in front of our door and we could perfectly hear every single turn of the washing machine. In the same time the cleaning person started to jump on the stairs. Next time rather standard hotel.

The self check-in process was easy and straightforward. The apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished. I really liked that there was a big fridge and a coffee machine. The little kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or a hot drink. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. The room also has air conditioning, which is a huge plus in summer. Overall we were very satisfied and comfortable at Luxstay

“Excellent”
Great location in a beautiful little town. Just outside the gate -within which there is adequate private parking linked to the apartments, is a wonderful square with trees floral arrangements, a large fountain, trees, seating on which you can sit to enjoy a coffee from the kiosk and listen to the bird-song. This is a lively town with many restaurants and bars within easy reach.

Good location. Very clean apartment. Welcome drinks in the fridge and coffee supplies. Good communication with the team. Managed to get a parking place front of the hotel. Easy self check-in.

“Very comfortable, quiet, convenient stay in attractive spa town”
Fantastic location in the centre of Bad Nauheim, in a very quiet area just off a square with cafes (open during day, not evening) and opposite a park. Light, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large kitchen/living area and bedroom plus very modern shower room. Fully automated check-in but daytime staff cleaning/restocking the apartments were really lovely if help required.
