Hi, First of all, I would like to thank the lady who answered the phone twice and even called me back. I really appreciate your kindness and effort — I can tell you enjoy what you do. Secondly, just a small note: the room was spacious and very beautiful — I even sent videos to my family — but the bed sheets had a few small stains. I always check the bed and the toilet first, and the same goes for the towels. So I’m sending this message just to bring your attention to improving the hygiene measures. Also, the room had an unpleasant smell when I entered and was quite cold — especially after traveling in rainy weather, I was hoping to find a warm room. But that was quickly fixed with the heater and the very warm blankets. I felt at home; it was very comfortable. Thank you, even though I stayed only for a few hours, as I arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning. I will definitely recommend you. Best regards

“Charming and Elegant - A Delightful Visit”

Hotel Spöttel is an historic and charming building from the Art Nouveau period, with many delightful details and antiques. It has the ambience of the turn-of-the-century spa culture, which I enjoyed very much. The room was larger than expected, traditionally and tastefully furnished, and with a modern bathroom - a well-appointed and comfortable room that I was happy to return at the end of each day. The breakfast rooms are elegant and the service very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing - an abundance of delicious choices! And there was music to complete the delightful breakfast experience - uplifting classical walzes on some mornings, nostalgic Elvis Presley ballads on others. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, the hotel’s location is superb. Around the corner from the quiet, tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to Bad Nauheim’s city center, the bath houses and the Kurpark. The staff at Hotel Spöttel are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They also have fascinating stories to share about the history and life in Bad Nauheim when asked. Since I was arriving later than expected, the reception kindly called me with information on how to get my key. I deeply appreciate this concern for my well-being. My first visit to Bad Nauheim was wonderful thanks to my stay at Hotel Spöttel. I very much look forward to my next visit to both! P.S. Recommendations - visit the Gesundheitsgarten for an interesting Par Course, a Saline experience and Kneip foot and arm baths; Schwyzer Hüssli cafe at the city center end of the Kurpark for a delicious meal and an abundant selection of cakes.

Beautiful quirky hotel with lots of Elvis Presley memorabilia. Good breakfast, very quiet and excellent location. Very close to the https://www.bad-nauheim.de/de/gesund/erholungsorte-kuranlagen/inhalatorium which I would highly recommend if you have some breathing issues!

“Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended”

We had a truly excellent stay. Edith was a wonderful host - warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering us breakfast when we arrived late, which was such a kind gesture. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We were really pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We love this hotel. Every corner is packed with character from dawn to dusk. We we're a scraggly pack of people there for a wedding and they accommodated us without exception.
