Large house in country but close to railway station with what looked like 4 guest rooms. Nice view across garden end farmland. Separate and very nice breakfast room downstairs.

“A VERY MIXED BAG - PROBLEMS TOOK AWAY FROM THE GOOD POINTS”
The breakfast was excellent - one of the best I've had in Germany so far. The location is certainly secluded; it isn't actually in Bad Munden (except administratively) but not very difficult to find. No facilities within reasonable walking distance.
