“Dirty and run down. Better hotels in the area which offer a lot more.”
Being in Bad Mergentheim. Apart from that nothing. My first impressions were that the owners seemed to have given up.

“A very bad experience”
There was no indication where the Hotel was. We knew we were near it thanks to the GPS. You have to pay to park your car (minimal 5€ depending where you want to park it), but since we arrived at 9pm there was no one at reception so we could not even pay for it. The room didn’t look clean and the curtains had blood (BLOOD!) stains. There were no higiene articles (we had to run to the nearest Shop to buy something before it closed). And the facilities were very confusing. There was no Information where the breakfast was. We had to ask and search to find it. Thank god we can also speak German because nothing was in english. It was a very bad experience.

Clean and comfortable room. Very tidy and cosy. Amazing breakfast options and nice kitchen staff. Great to have option for swimming pool and sauna (was not able to use it).

“If you are not retired or at least 60 years old, don't bother with this hotel.”
The romanian waiter was really accommodating and tried his best (given the language barrier).

“OK for one night.”
Cozy Clean Bathroom, with a good shower, very nice bed and a very good view from the new balkony. All in all very good for on night, very nice service personell. OK but not perfect. Liked the garage for our car.
