“Highly recommended and lovely staff members”
The staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly and helpful, especially Michaela and Nicole, this was my third time staying here and I’ve gotten to know them a little better. They make me feel welcome, they book my taxis to the event I attend, they cook tasty breakfasts and have good drinks, they take an interest in me and my friend as a person and make the experience personable, they really go the extra mile for their customers!

It has sauna on hotel, but it’s not directly connect with elevator. You have to pass through lobby.

“Efficiency in excellence in making your stay hassle-free”
Such helpful and friendly staff at the hotel, they can speak English as well as German, it was clean, had a good selection of drinks, wine as well, had tasty food especially the Schnitzel, only a 15 minute walk from the town. I was very happy with my room which looked brand new everytime I come back to it. The staff really take pride and make you feel happy and comfortable staying here. Massive thumbs up from me! No problems here!

Pleasant stay in Bad Mergentheim We recently stayed at Das Schaffers hotel in Bad Mergentheim and were quite pleased with our experience. The room was perfect, featuring a small balcony that added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location is just a 10-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the open parking provided was very convenient and made it easy to manage our car, just remember to pre-book 😁 The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent selection to start the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Lovely breakfast. Great food from local suppliers or sustainable/fair trade sources. Comfy, quiet, clean and spaceous rooms. Free sauna area. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

“A quiet gem.”
I found the hotel to be ideal for my visit to the Keep It True festival. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff had perfect English, which is always appreciated. The breakfast was perfect for me with a very good choice of food. The hotel is on a nice quiet street but only a small walk away from the train station and the centre of town.

“Very good hotel with excellent service”
Our room was modern, spacious and clean. In the hotel restaurant we had excellent evening meal and breakfast during our overnight stay. Location is perfect; Bad Mergentheim city centre is close, but the hotel is situated in a quiet street. Parking in the hotel parking lot.

“Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast”
lovely hotel in great location (quiet road only 5 mins walk to the old town, castle and gardens). Our room was perfect for three people - large and comfortable: it was really warm at night as no AC but we were there in a heatwave. Parking for around 10 cars and plenty of roadside parking. Everyone was really friendly at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent with tables outside overlooking woodland. would definitely recommend this hotel - thank you for a great stay.

Very personal experience, very welcoming staff and pre-visit communication with the owners. Nice wellness zone. Good starting point for bycicle tours or visiting the city of Bad Mergentheim.
