Reception staff : They do not understand respect and dealing with guests

I would have gladly given this hotel a 10, if it weren’t for the lady at the front desk. In 20 years of traveling, I have never encountered such blatant rudeness. I have no idea what upset her so much, as her behavior was inappropriate from the very beginning - completely unacceptable for an employee of a hotel of this level. Let me clarify that I have no complaints whatsoever about the rest of the front desk staff, only gratitude for their warm and professional service. In the morning, before checking out, I went to the front desk to pay for parking and the stay with our dog. Frau Irina Kormer, without even greeting me, rudely demanded that I provide the bill for breakfast from the restaurant. I explained that breakfast was included in our stay. She insisted it wasn’t, and only after I asked her to double-check did she finally look at the system and see that it was indeed included. She then gave me a total price for the stay and again became visibly irritated when I asked her to verify the amount, since the room had already been prepaid. She said she didn’t see any payment, and only when I pointed out the confirmation in my Booking.com app did she finally acknowledge that the payment had been made. Without any apology or correction in her tone, she then gave me the correct amount to pay, which included parking, the minibar, and the dog fee. I specifically asked her for payment confirmation because it was already clear something was not right with Frau Irina. I even asked her directly if everything was settled and if there was anything else I needed to know, to which she coldly replied that everything was taken care of. She knew we had paid for parking, which obviously meant we had arrived by car. Then came the final straw: my husband and I spent almost half an hour trying to leave the parking lot because our parking card didn’t work. Thank goodness for a kind woman who told us that the front desk was supposed to give us a different card for exiting after paying

Very nice hotel in a city centre, but surounded with the silent park and pedestrian zone. Located in an old building, but it was renovated and is very clean and comfortable. SPA & wellnes centre great, nice to relax and many saunas to choose. Garden in the middle of building where you can rellax is great. For sure our next stay we'll try to book again

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Perfectly close the B1 road and close enough to walk into town and enjoy the wonderful park. The reception staff were friendly and always helpful when asking for advice on stuff to do.
