Overview
This family-run, 3-star hotel is tranquilly located near a forest on the outskirts of the spa town of Bad Herrenalb, in the Black Forest. It offers free Wi-Fi and a scenic south-facing terrace. The Hotel Waldschlößchen offers typical Black-Forest style accommodation. The hotel is popular with hikers, spa guests and general holidaymakers all year round. In the hotel restaurant you can order some Swabian or Baden specialities such as Black Forest trout. Original Black Forest gateau is made here, and can be enjoyed on the sunny terrace in summer. The Waldschlößchen has a solarium and massages are also available. The Waldschlößchen is just a 20-minute walk from the town centre. Just beside the hotel is a bus taking you to the town centre or the thermal baths. The hotel has a large free car park.

Very nice and helpful staff, when I arrived with my motorcycle they insisted that I parked it in their garage which was very kind. Not only the rooms but the whole hotel was clean. Would recommend to other motorcyclists.

“Beautifully situated hotel with friendly staff”
The owner greeted me very friendly and was interested in me as guest. Also the waitress was kind and helpful. The views were beautiful and the location nice and quiet.

“Great hotel”
Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Large rooms with balconies. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was excellent. Would certainly stay here again.

“Lovely family run hotel with amazing prices”

“A nice place and area to spend days there”
