Situated in Bad Harzburg on the border of the Harz National Park, this family-run, with spa facilities offers a memorable break amid the beautiful landscapes of Lower Saxony. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The forest sauna is 100% worth a visit, so idyllic and cozy! The bartender, Dounia (hope I spelled that right), was an absolute gem, making wonderful cocktails with a little joke on the side! Thank you for a wonder stay!!

Nice large and clean pool, cozy for two Waldsauna and other saunas.Smoking area with soft seating,blankets and fireplace. Overall the design of the hotel gives a relaxing atmosphere.Good price for what you get.Also, everything was clean. However, there was also a quite big disadvantage which if we would have known would probably have not booked the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they really make this place. The choice at breakfast was amazing, We enjoyed all the spa facilities (variety of saunas and a pool) and have already booked our next stay.

“Mountain view, I don't think so!”
We liked the spa, the pool was at a good temperature and was a nice size for the 10 or 12 people who were there with us. Any more would have been difficult. The saunas were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional, although a little pricey. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful.
