* very nice person of the owner * location as it is few minutes from thermals in the city * beautiful buildings * lot of free parking places * really clean, spacious apartment, with all appliances possibly needed * large terrace where you can practice morning exercise on fresh air without been watched by anyone except flock of crows and some horses in distance :) * everywhere you see owner's feeling for detail - stay here is really pleasure :) * I was little bit concerned about Booking.com confirmation with wrong arrival time as we arrived quite lately. Owner has no problem with it. She literally show me to apartment, gave me the keys and wished good night. No bothering with anything else. No wait. Nothing. Just what two tired travelers needed :)

“Superb”
The location was excellent, in a quiet area just outside the Bad Füssing resort. The guesthouse provides bicycles (there are bike trails passing by the location). The hosts are friendly and discreet.

This place is the best. Christa welcomed us very friendly! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, and the view was very pretty. The apartment has a kitchen and a balcony. The garden is beautiful and quiet. For us it was the best place to stay a night on our way to Croatia.
