I loved the theme room in the deluxe junior sweet. It was spacious, luminous, very well designed and the beds and linens were very comfortable.

Excellent location—a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and very close to the thermal springs. Just a short walk from the hotel, you can see the mountains and the lake. The hotel staff speak English. If you need anything, the staff are always happy to help. The breakfast included several hot dishes (usually eggs, sausages, and cutlets), a large selection of cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. There were also desserts and croissants. There was a large selection of coffee. You could have juice or wine. You could also order several dishes from the menu (but I didn't try it). The room was clean, and the cleaning service was always excellent. Towels, a bathrobe, slippers, and a bag for going to the spa center were available. One of the advantages is that you can walk to the thermal springs center through an underground tunnel directly from the hotel in your bathrobe and with a bag. The restaurant served an excellent dinner - it is usually open from 6 to 8.30 p.m., and there were almost no free tables. I really liked the schnitzel with lingonberry sauce and dessert. I would also like to note the atmosphere in this city - it is very quiet, peaceful, clean, and safe. It is customary to greet people on the street, and if you go to a local bakery for coffee, they will most likely ask who you are and strike up a conversation (this was in a good way, as the city is small and everyone knows each other). I would recommend visiting this hotel and city.

“Relaxing weekend”

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They offered a glass of prosecco to welcome us when we arrived. The price of the room included access to the therme and sauna facilities, a package with a bathrobe, towels and sleepers per person, as well as a city ticket to visit attractions close by. The location was practical, just about 10-15 min walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable and it had a nice balcony facing the garden. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a nice water pressure. The breakfast was varied and rich, with options for everyone, including different types of hams, cheeses, musli, bread and more. On Sunday they offered bavarian white sausages, sweet mustard and pretzels which is a typical breakfast in the region and a nice touch. The facilities in the therme were good and the sauna area was also quite nice. You can relax and enjoy the time either in the pool or in the different saunas. The view from the outside pool and the panorama sauna let you appreciate the landscape and it was really nice.

“Clean, comfortable hotel annd convenient location.”

The location was excellent for getting to the Therme across the road. I am disabled and could easily use the lift and get myself on my travel scoot to the swimmimg pools. We had a big disabled room which had a disabled toilet and shower and lots of space. My husband slept on the sofa and I needed the double bed. It was very hot and they gave us a fan. Aircondition would be better, but i guess too expensive. The restaurant was attractive overlooing the garden and large pond. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner twice- very average. The staff very very helpful. The location is good for getting around the area for sight seeing.
