“I am not recommending this location.”
The property is old, stinky and dirty. In the toilet behind the sliding door it appeared that no body cleaned it. The carpet was colorful I liked, but rotten with stains, dirt and smelly when you enter in the room. The heating and TV did not work in the room. Also, the coffee machine was non-functional. Shower and sink was not giving warm water.

“Nice hotel if you want a more quiet and old-time charm experience”
It is a nice small hotel, located close to the train station and in a walking distance from the river and the promenade. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is large and varied.

“Lovely stay in UNESCO's world heritage Bad Ems”
Quiet place yet close to the centre of Bad Ems. They upgraded my room so I had a spacious one with a nice bathroom too.

Bad Ems was lovely, though quiet - it seemed to shut for the weekend at 4pm on Saturday. Our room was spacious and well equipped, as described.

I’m sure we would have enjoyed our stay if we had an opportunity. On our way to the hotel, we got a message that hotel can’t accommodate us due to some issues with water system. We managed to adjust our travel plans, but this was a prepaid stay, 1,5 months later we still can’t get our money back. Hotel ignores all our messages, booking.com is not helpful either (but this is a different story). Not the service we expected, complete disappointment on the day of our trip, which only gets worse with every day passing by with no response from the hotel

“beautiful hotel , great staff”
this place is fantastic - such a fun concept with the art for sale everywhere. the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and absolutely SPOTLESS. the rooms are spacious. unfortunately we only had one night but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
