Breakfast good Smell in the first room we were taken to was appalling Apparently the hotel used a chemical spray which made me feel sick Staff said it was normal in all hotels We felt we were difficult asking to change rooms We had to have no outdoor terrace because there was no other room Not quite what we expected

Beautiful hotel with a great variety of in-house relaxation treatments that I hopefully get to enjoy more from on another visit. Friendly team at reception but also found them easy to communicate with pre-arrival. Great location.

Very nice hotel on river bank.Exclusive spa-one of the best of ever seen.Super restaurant on the site, delicious cuisine.

Historic ambient in very good condition. Nicely equipped and decorated room. High variety and high quality breakfast. Dinner on high level of taste and service..Friendly staff in general. Thermal bath and sauna exceptional.

“An elegant hotel to step into thermal history”

The spa was one of the best hotel spas, i particularly liked the roman and herbal steam baths, the outside jaccuzzi and resting area, and the inside thermal pool. The bar and the restaurant were nice too, the breakfast has a nice selection and the view from the terrace on the river. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and well locared at the heart of the town. Staff was polite and helpful. When i arrived from the staggering heath of a long train journey, joining a free yoga class under a beautifully painted high ceiling was like stepping into a refreshing oasis.

It was a very good experience the staff was friendly and helpful, Room clean and here was everything that you need to comfort stayThe breakfast was different and tasty, the spa is gorgeous, I hope retune to this place !

“Would not visit again”

Severely over priced, it was an outdated hotel. The reception chose to not mention the parking in front of the hotel although we specifically enquired about parking.

European grandeur and beautiful location. Spa was amazing as was breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good cafe and restaurant options at the hotel and nearby.
