The location is super, just a walking distance to the thermal and surrounding is peaceful. Breakfast is decent.

“Clean comfortable rooms for staying 1 night -excellent breakfast”
The check in was via a lock box even though it was stated in the summary that the reception open till 8pm. We arrived at 6pm (on a Sunday) and the hotel seemed deserted. It took an hour to get any response from the emergency telephone number as towels were missing from 1 of the rooms. The car park barrier did not open as stated so we had to park in an area we were unsure was free and legal! Luckily for us it was.

Everything was good. The room was clean and big enough to have a comfortable staying. It was equipped also with a balcony, from where you can enjoy the panorama. Location was good and has a free parking place for all hosts.

“Disappointing”
Car park was at a distance from the hotel and not suitable for me as a person who struggles with walking. No one around in the foyer on arrival. No sign in English to advise what to do. A coffee machine was available in the room but no coffee and no cups!
