“Home from home”
Luis made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He has taken a lot of care and attention for your little home from home. Even though the property is not in the centre of Bacalar, if you have a car this is a welcome oasis away from the club strip. We highly recommend you book Estancia Lapislázuli if you want that personal touch

I love the design of the room. the flooring, comfortable bed, bathroom, I love that there is a porch area for the room. Very calm grounds.

“Recommended place if you have a car and don't want to stay in te city”
Very clean place. The proprietor is very friendly and helps you out almost immediately if you have a question. Comfortable beds and great for non-American travellers is that you can charge your phone via USB.

Nice, modern, functional interior. Big bathroom, great shower with a 'nature window' which made one feel like you were having a shower in the jungle.

we really liked it! nice room, beautiful bath room, easy accessible and quiet. you can hear the street a bit, but it’s not bad at all. at least for us it was perfect. we arrived by car.

“Good for a short stay in Bacalar”
lots of hooks and a wire to hang your wet swimsuits, free drinking water, coffee maker, free parking in front of the house, shower with a view, good water pressurw, hot and cold water in the shower, comfortable bed (a bit hard), good wifi, owner was nice and offerd us suggestions for tours and food. he has a cat and a dog on the premises (they try to enter your room if you leave the doors open).

“Amazing place in one of the last unexploited parts of Yucatan”
It is an absolutely amazing place near Bacalar. Perfect if you come with your own car, otherwise you have to take a taxi or walk (it's about 2-3km to the center of Bacalar). Rooms are very clean and beautiful, Cynthia (the renter) is very friendly. I extended my staying there because Bacalar is one of the best places in Yucatan (very calm, lot of nice bars and restaurants with a good vibe, not many tourists) and this accommodation was perfect.
