As far as hostels go, this is one of the best we stayed in while travelling South America. Extremely helpful staff who run many day trips and events daily. Comfortable beds, warm showers and good kitchen facilities.

The fact that it had different terraces was very nice. You always had a spot where you could hangout.

בטח, הנה רק התוכן של הביקורת: I had a very frustrating experience with this hostel. I initially booked 2 nights (24–26). On the 25th, I asked to extend my stay for 2 more nights (26–28). I specifically confirmed with the staff that the payment I was making was for 2 additional nights starting the next day — not for the same night. However, on the 27th, I was suddenly told I needed to check out. When I went to reception, they claimed that the price I paid was actually for only 1 night because the rates had increased — even though I clearly confirmed it was for 2 nights before paying. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. Communication was unclear, and I ended up in an uncomfortable situation because of their mistake. After speaking with the manager, I was offered 50% off for one extra night, which I accepted — but this does not change the fact that the situation should not have happened in the first place. I recommend future guests to double-check everything in writing and be very careful with pricing and extensions.

“Huge hostel, with great facilities”

Huge hostel and great facilities. Lots of really good food nearby and entry to the public swimming area only 5-10 minutes walk away. Rooms and common areas were very clean, so many different areas to hang out, as well as extra toilets.

Loved the location and staff were very friendly. Eric the manager was very helpful. The bar was also a lot of fun on our first night. Unfortunately we missed the big party on our second night because we both picked up a stomach bug

Great location, really close to the lagoon and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were always very friendly and it has a social vibe. I am travelling with my partner and we aren’t really partying on this trip - we had a private room which had a separate entrance which worked perfectly for us. Previous reviews complained of cleanliness of these private rooms but we had no issues and liked the extra space.

“Fantastic hotel”

Che is a fantastic hostel! On arrival we found out we had been upgraded to the VIP suite and it was stunning! The staff from check in to check out were fantastic, particularly Leanne who was super bubbly and friendly! The facilities were kept very clean and the location was perfect, close to anything you could need! The pool was nice and refreshing. The overall vibe is was super chill and relaxing during the day then a great party at night. It was very social and they had a variety of activities to participate in.

It was huge, had lots of different areas to relax outside of the room. The pool area was divine! Also a great place to meet people as a lot of other people come from other hostels. Each night they had a drinks making class which was a lot of fun. We booked a private suite, The room was so clean and it was very big, we had a king bed which was a lovely luxury! We did hear that Friday and Saturdays are huge party nights, so we came prepared with ear plugs, but these were not needed, the time we came was fairly low key.

The facilities are amazing, with such great communal spaces. There is always something going on at the hostel in the evenings but allows for chill days. Staff are super helpful too and we booked our trip to Belize directly with them. Great location and the best hostel we have stayed in!
