The villa was modern and spacious and just like the pictures. We stayed there for 3 days and it pas perfect! Communication with the host was smooth. We also liked the pool and our daughter loved the small children’s playground. There was also a laundry service, which was really convenient.

Clean and super big appartement with everything you need yo stay there. The journey to the complex itself goes through a stretch of jungle which is fun! Also very close by to a super relaxed spot near the lake (5/10 min drive). Our son loved playing in the pool.

The apartment was beautiful, large, clean and well maintained with everything you needed to self cater. Air-conditioning worked well and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We really liked that drinking water and ground coffee were provided. The pool area is fantastic with a large clean pool. The music drove us slightly mad when we arrived but the staff kindly turned it off so we could relax and read our books with just the jungle sounds. The hotel offers a washing service which ended up being cheaper and easier than the laundry service we had used in town previously. There is a small shop with basics and pool towels can be hired. They provide a great information card with some excellent restaurant recommendations, trips etc. Communication was really good before and during our stay. The hotel is calm and relaxing with a fantastic staff team on duty 24hr. We loved our stay here.

“Luxury location to visit bacalar with the family”

- spacious, clean and modern villas - great airco - peacefully located in the forrest next to the laguna - refreshing, large clean swimming pool surrounded by tropical vegetation - free access to cacuyo maya beach club where you can rent for a reasonable price a kayak or paddle board. The beach club is quite basic but food is reasonably priced, very tasty and you basically swim in the same lake as all the other expensive beach clubs - a jar of free purified water

Very comfortable, nice and spacious house. Nice swimming pool. In the middle of nature and very calm (most days). Kind personnel. 10m drive from Bacalar.

Very nice huge villas. Nice junglish environnement with a cool pool. You need a car / scooter to go there. Street is okay.

We loved our stay at Aqua Viva the space is surrounded by green and the villas are spacious and beautiful. We would stay there again.

“Great villa for a family of 4 or 6!”

Everything was wonderful! The villa was really spacious and nothing was missing! Alex was super friendly at the reception. The location is a bit outside Bacalar but it was great because it was so peaceful! They have a gym and the swimming pool was huge!
