“Charming apartment in the Bavarian countryside”

We spent three nights in this beautiful apartment, thoughtfully converted from a former stable, and we absolutely loved it. The vaulted ceilings are stunning and give the space a unique character. Both the bedroom and the living area are very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and the bathroom is excellent, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The setting is rural and extremely peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the fenced garden is a great added bonus. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed here while visiting Munich, which is about a 45‑minute drive, but the location is also a great starting point for exploring other destinations in Bavaria. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and tranquility.

Family Mayerhofer is a perfect host - they take great care of the apartment, decorate it tastefully and thoughtfully and make sure it is sparkling clean. They are also very flexible in the check in/out timing. Apartment from the well maintained apartment condition, we also love the history of it (it was a barn previously and you can still see some signs of it) and the proximity to Wasserburg am Inn. It is also only a 30-40 mins drive to Chiemsee. This is a perfect place to stay if you want sth that is unique, peaceful and make you feel like in a second home.

Spacious apartment for two people. Lovely renovated cow barn. Quiet farming area to get away from the city hustle and bustle. Beautiful private terrace for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful owners who put a lot of thought and effort into decorating the property, it has everything and more that you need. Beautiful area for endless cycling trips.
