Hotel is breaking apart. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Had a cockroach in my room, holes in the wall and bathtub. Had to change rooms but still lacking comfort. WiFi was amazing. Island is amazing but you’re close to the dock and hear construction. Food is probably the worst I’ve seen ever. And I’ve seen a lot! Staff is very nice.

Plenty of staff but they seem out of place. Nobody knows what to do. They are very nice though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can honestly recommend it. The hotel was very clean and well maintained – our room was spotless and the common areas were always tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful at all times. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of during our stay. Thank you to the whole team for the great service and warm hospitality – we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

Our recent stay was highly enjoyable. The hotel is located adjacent to the harbour. The island itself is small and currently experiencing significant development activity. Guests should be aware of ongoing construction noise and the constant movement of heavy vehicles transporting materials. The hotel is relatively small and appears to be in need of some refurbishment. However, the facilities provided were good. A particular highlight was the complimentary massage, which was a relaxing touch. The beach is conveniently located just a short distance from the hotel and was relatively quiet. A massive thank you to our guides, Yaadhu and Shaiha, who were truly fantastic. They expertly led us through a variety of memorable excursions, including snorkelling, fishing, dolphin watching, and tiger shark feeding. We also wish to recognize Bikas (Front Desk), Susmita and Laxmi (Restaurant), and Raj (Security) for their exceptional help and attentiveness throughout our visit. Overall, our stay was relaxing, offering an awesome sea view. Despite the minor cosmetic and noise concerns, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The personal was friendly and eager to help, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

A special thank-you goes to Hotel Manager Ravin, whose leadership and hospitality were evident in every detail. He made sure we felt welcome, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. We also want to highlight the wonderful service provided by Sushmitha, whose kindness, professionalism, and constant smile made each day brighter. She went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, and her genuine dedication to guest comfort truly stood out. Another absolute highlight of our trip were the snorkeling excursions. Our guides, Yaadhu and Shaiha, were exceptional – knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to creating a safe and memorable experience for everyone. Thanks to them, we had the chance to swim with manta rays, an experience we will never forget. Their passion for the ocean and marine life made the excursions not only fun but also incredibly meaningful. Overall, Swarn Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding staff, breathtaking surroundings, and unforgettable adventures made this trip truly special. We can highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime.

We had the holiday of a lifetime at Swarn by Hawks Hotel, due to the beauty and atmosphere on Kamadhoo, the amazing facilities of the hotel, and, most importantly, Swarn’s incredible, friendly and dedicated staff. The rooms are as gorgeous as the photos suggest and the housekeeping team are excellent. Reception is friendly, helpful and informative for any questions or requests, as well as transfers/day trips to and from the island. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised by the many other options on Kamadhoo if you do wish to dine out. Don’t listen when people say you must go all inclusive at your hotel in Maldives, or else be charged ridiculous prices for food/snacks… perhaps this is true of resort islands, but for Kamadhoo this was not the case (but do remember cash as not everywhere will accept card, and at present there is no ATM on the island). Some special mentions - thank you so much to Rifa for the snorkelling excursions and his time. We were truly well looked after and the quality of his tours were amazing. He and his team took particular care to ensure we went on outings at the right times to encounter marine wildlife we wished to see and his extensive knowledge of marine life and the Maldives was interesting and impressive. Thank you so much to restaurant supervisor Adikari and his restaurant team, who were always friendly, willing to accommodate any requests, and overall provided an excellent standard of service every day - whether it be breakfast, dinner, or room service. Hassan was welcoming and warm, always with a smile and brilliant service. Bikas, too, was attentive, kind and generally they were just superb and really made us feel like valued guests. All in all, this hotel made our August Maldives trip the greatest holiday.

Nothing compares to Swarn by Hawks on the Kamadhoo island. It’s primary location right by the bay, modern design, highest comfort, top service, all make it an increadibly appealing choice. Our super clean specious penthouse on top floor was a truly luxurious environment, worth every penny, offereing amazing views over entire island and the ocean. From the terrace we could actually see fish entering the bay. Food was delicious, with proper variety, light and simple, yet exotic. We were never prompted to go for additional a la carte choice, as regular offerings were good enough. Beach is close, and it’s what you would expect in Maledives. There were also some optional tours to other locations in nearby atolls. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Many thanks to hotel manager Ramin and his associates Birbal, Bikash, Sarfraz, and Firog. We felt pumpered and taken care off.
