“Lovely stay with great value for money”

The setting was gorgeous, out in the middle of the countryside with nothing but fields and horses. It was so wonderfully quiet. The horses were lovely too. We paid for breakfast the next morning and this was lovely too. It was orange juice, a croissant each, a fruit pressé each, a baguette with butter and jam between us too. Coffee on tap. Everyone was so helpful that we met. We stayed in the Tiny House, it certainly lived up to its name but it was cute, had a great shower with excellent pressure and the water was lovely and hot, just what the Dr ordered after a long day of driving.

The tent was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. The club house and shower block were clean and well equipped. There wasn't anyone around when we arrived but we were left instructions to find everything we needed including a treasure hunt around the stables! It was beautiful and quirky location and lovely to be around the horses. It was only a short drive into the town for shops and restaurants and the chateau.

We stayed in tent #2. The tent was spacious, clean, and pretty. The beds were comfortable. Extra bedding was provided and the tent stayed completely dry in the rain. The showers were warm, clean, and spacious. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and towels. There is a microwave and coffee machine in the shared kitchen area. The tents and little houses are well-spaced from each other. The tent #1 is closer to the fields/horses. My kids and I loved this place and we highly recommend it.

Location was great for visiting Azey le Rideau Chateau and town. We travel by tandem bicycle. Very peaceful and enjoyed watching horses in pasture. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling. The cabin was very nicely appointed even tho small. We had drinks on outdoor patio. Views of apple and pear trees on one side, horses on other. Lovely and would stay again.

Rustic charm, location

This is a super location if the weather is kind, unfortunately we had heavy rain. It was slightly smaller than I thought, a bit cramped even for 2.

“Unusual stay surrounded by fields”

We stayed in the cozy Roulotte, comfy bed and pillowcases, and a clean little bathroom with a large shower at the back. At the entrance, there is a kitchenette with a fridge and all you need to cook. The location was peaceful, right next to the horses, in the middle of the vineyards and apple fields. Nicely welcomed by the owner of the equestrian center, he explained the facilities, and asked for breakfast timing. We had a large breakfast basket for two that we enjoyed outside on our private terrasse: delicious croissant and pain au chocolat from bakery, a crispy baguette, fresh butter and strawberry jam, apple compote, local bottled apple and orange juice, tea and coffee branded in Azay-le-Rideau. We enjoyed visiting the horses in the evening. Sunset was beautiful. We asked for a horseriding class in the afternoon, the horses are calm and very well treated. We loved it.

A charming little cabin in the countryside near to Azay le Rideau, comfortable and well equipped. An unexpected bonus in the heatwave we experienced while there was the airconditioning. Amazing!
