We were very comfortable staying at the apartment. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from UNP, which made it easy for us to get around. There are several stores nearby where you can buy food, supplies, and other essentials. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The place is ideal for students or travelers on a budget—affordable yet clean and secure. However, there’s no parking available for large vehicles. If you're traveling with a motorcycle or scooter, they do have designated parking space for that. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, especially for those who need a place close to the university.

There was nothing I liked about this place. I cancelled my resetvation after seeing the tiny, unsafe place. Please refund my money.

“Price is reasonable”
It is very near to the tourist location spots. There are lots of convenience store near the area. Room is big and can accommodate the whole family / barkada.

Quick responds to any concerns that we had. The care taker is approachable, polite and friendly. My husband and I were so much time to relax after we went from tours. If ever we will come back to Vigan, we will choose to stay at LP Madriaga.
