Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the hotel it self. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, and nice, rooms are clean spacious and modern.

They treat customers like a 5 star + hotel. A very big thank you to the Manager Mr. Panayiotis who was very helpful all the times needed, providing solutions for everything. We were late to breakfast (pass the time) and after he noticed he treat us so good we just felt we are part of his family, he arranged an excellent breakfast for us. Next day because of a national holiday all the parking lots were full everywhere in whole Ayia napa ,and we couldn’t find space after going out and back, but Mr. Panayiotis was once again there helping in every way possible providing me a private parking in hotel and even valet services, a BIG THANK YOU isn’t enough for the excellent assistance he provided to us. Not forget to mention that even with the hotel full he found a way arranging us late check out as we requested! Definitely they don’t treat you this way even in 5 stars hotel! Fantastic room, sea view suite was so perfect and big!! Thank you once more for making us feel like home! 🙏🤝

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the buffet dinner was delicious and great value for money! The rooms were spacious and sea view was as promised! Great location for Ayia Napa and surrounding areas with amazing transportation links. Near to fabulous restaurants!

This is an excellent hotel, very good location, the staff were great, the breakfast was amazing, the pool is superb and the gym is decent.

Overall, a pleasant stay — the hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, right in the lively and colorful heart of Ayia Napa, just a short walk from the marina. I had a few issues at the beginning, mostly related to small but important details that can make a big difference in guest comfort: no slippers in the room and no power adapter available unless purchased. The management responded promptly and professionally, which I truly appreciate. My only hope is that the hotel will consider including slippers and plug adapters as standard amenities in all rooms — it’s a simple improvement that would make a big difference for many international guests. Apart from that, the property is lovely, the staff were very kind and prompt, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. Thank you for your attention and for taking guest feedback seriously.

Ideal location close to both town centre and also beaches and boardwalk. Our stay was combined with watching youth tournament football matches so this venue was ideal
