“Very clean and friendly environment, good value for money, great rooms. Would definitely choose it again!!!”
Very nice facilities plenty of space in the rooms we stayed both in one of the suites with the pool and in a regular room and they were very nice.

We were moved 3 times ro different rooms. And none of the facilities were open, neither bars, no room service. We were not allowed to bring our kosher food into the hotel. And the staff was really rude.

“Not bad”
The location was fantastic, as was the size of the room. It was also generally quite comfortable. We were also upgraded to a family room, free of charge.

“Very nice stay in Ayia Napa.”
The Room was spacious and clean and also the bathroom was spacious. The AC unit was perfectly functioning. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Friendly staff and very helpful. The setup of the apartments is great and the location of the hotel is perfect.

“staying at the Ramada Hotel was an absolute nightmare please don’t book. This place is a terror”
Literally nothing all the staff was horrible to us and the manager even walked away when we tried to speak to him. The rooms had bed bugs and AC and TV didn’t work either. They were atrociously rude to us and we have never felt more unwelcome than we have at this place. I travel the world and have never faced such terrible hospitality in my life.
