The accommodation is also equipped with excellent amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. From a fully equipped kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi, everything was thoughtfully provided. Overall, a fantastic value for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

“Great stay in quiet apartment”

Fantastic spacious, quiet and bright apartment with a beautiful hugh balcony in walking distance to Nissi beach and restaurants. Very conveniently located outside of the chaos of Agia Napa. The carpark is in the shadow, which is really nice when it's hot weather. As no new guests arrived after us, we were able to do a late check-out which was extremely convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location & host was very helpful. Everything we needed was in apartment. Nice to be close to amazing beach of Nissi & very quiet. Had pool to ourselves most days. Main strip of AyiaNapa a close 10 min bus trip away for €3 so easy and cheap

“Highly recommend!”

Great location, literally 5 minutes walk to Nissi beach, close to many shops, restaurants, bars, everything a person could need, and at the same time the apartment is in a quiet, peaceful and pleasant place to relax. A very clean and tidy place with all amenities, which looked even better to us than in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Special thanks to Maria and Nikоleta (she greeted us with a smile), with whom we had excellent communication. They were very kind, responsive and helped make our vacation wonderful.

Beach and markets is very close only few minutes, and Maria is always ready for any support . It was a very quite and calm place for vacation The Wi-fi is very strong. Very clean and kitchen is full equiped and have adapters for EU devices.

“Cozy, quiet, clean and well suited apartment”

Actually everything is perfect in this apartment. Location is very close to Nissi Beach (5 mins walk). There are a lot of supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. There is also a delicious café nearby for breakfast: waffles, ice cream, pizza, sandwiches, coffee. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. It is well suited for a long stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! We truly felt at home. All the necessary kitchenware is available. The pots and pans are from Ikea (just like at our home). There was even a grill pan on which we grilled halloumi cheese. The apartment already had coffee, tea, honey, and cooking oil. This was very pleasing, and I rarely encounter such hospitality. The furniture feels custom-made, all in one style. The veranda is very cozy. I enjoyed sitting there in the evenings, reading and looking at the stars. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we slept wonderfully. The powerful inverter air conditioners were great. There is a large pool nearby, and there are not many people there. We almost always had it to ourselves. The hosts, Maria and Nicoletta, were hospitable. Thank you very much for our wonderful and peaceful vacation.

I liked everything, Maria the owner was absolutely amazing, she helped up with anything we needed.

“Great Apartment with everything you need”

We loved this apartment in Nissi beach. Short walk through an alleyway near the pool and you are on the main Street from which you can get to the beach or restaurants and shops etc. Maria was very helpful and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed. The wifi was great, I had a zoom call with my supervisor in UK and it went great. But the real test was the fact I could play Fortnite with no lag!

Superb location, easy communication with the host and everything we could possibly need right there in an apartment.

Maria was very helpful, location was very good and neighbourhood was quiet. It seems a bit dangerous because of the lack of lighting outside, but if you have a child who sleeps during the day its perfect

I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a pleasant, relaxing accommodation. The apartments are well laid out, spacious, tastefully designed and well equipped. The pool is nice and clean. Maria was at our disposal in everything, a fantastic leader. Everything is close, beach, restaurants, shopping places only a 5-minute walk away. I especially liked the parking lot because I could always stop in a cool place. Thank you very much for my wonderful holiday here, we will definitely be back.:) Melinda and Adam
