From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for – it’s spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, all kitchen essentials, and even an iron. Andreas surprised us with coffee, tea, juice, and a lovely welcome note – such a warm and caring gesture that made our stay extra special. We loved starting our mornings on the spacious balcony with breakfast, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The most beautiful beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, which made our stay even more perfect. A spotless, cozy, and very comfortable place that truly feels like home. We would happily come back again ✨

Great, large and spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Close to fameus Nissi Beach. The place offers two swimming pools which were opened even at the end of the season (mid-November). Andreas, the owner was very helpful and pleasant answering all our questions. I would consider this apartment when visiting in Aiya Napa next year. We had one stormy day, so I will try to book a flight at the beginning of November or even at the end of October.

“Living my best life in a beautiful location in the sunshine.”
Excellent location very quiet but close to all the amenities, apartment very spacious kitchen diner, 2 big bedrooms, big balcony over looking the pool area. Beautiful and clean plenty of towels and consumables. Beach 10 minutes away. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Calm residence, very close to the beach, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, extremely comfortable beds, parking spot. There is absolutely all one needs, with great views, nice decor and easy going host.
