Cleanest 10 I gave on booking. It was very nice. Lots of space, and nice spacious balcony with all the amenities. Access to the pools. Close to Nissi Beach. Everything looked new. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and couldn't recommend this enough. The visit from Andreas was welcomed and he gave us some good information.

“Lovely apartment in a great location”
The Apartment is great, clean and comfortable, very spacious especially the pool side terrace, there is everything you need for your stay, it’s close to the beach and shops, restaurants etc, it’s near enough to everything but no to close to be troubled by noise Putting it simply it’s fantastic Andreas is a great guy very friendly and helpful, always around if you need anything

“Perfect place to stay!”
Wonderfull appartment on excellent location.Good for winter stay too, as facing south,with huge balcony on groundfloor with beautiful views.Very friendly, helpfull and kind host.Easy to arrive in one day notice .Keys were ready in locked box and welcoming essentials were waiting in appartment.Nice neighbours and cutest ever cats on area,really made the holiday!Everything organized well and went smoothly.We got on holiday mood straight after arrival and relaxed.What a lovely time ,in lovely home.Happy to be back one day soon!

“Fully equiped, great location, clean and big pools”
Everything is perfect - location (8-10 minutes walk from Nissi Beach (the best beach in Cyprus), close to good restaurants and small supermarkets, but still not on the noisy street); clean public pool with free sunbeds (1,5m deep and small one for kids); fully equiped apartments (all you can desire); big private terrace; friendly and helpful owner. Perfect for family of 4 persons. We will come back soon!

“Great winter break!”
Brilliant location. Parking space. Easy to find. Everything we needed. Easy walk to Nissi Beach. Lovely sun trap at front with loungers for our Feb half term stay. Loved it!

“Excellent and huge recommendation”
Perfect flat with all that someone could need...location also perfect, center and the beaches can be easily reach by foot...very clean and the smell of clean was in the air during our stay. We'll be back every time when in Aya Napa!
