I liked everything listed above. I had some problems with lock-box because I didn't find any code in the messages I've received from host. But customer service was working till late night and they helped me.

The apartment was already untidy when I went on vacation. And you can hear the sound of conversation from the hallway really well into the apartment. I don't think you can sleep properly in the apartment during the tourist season. The apartment has very good wifi and smart TV.

Everything went smoothly, the terms&conditions are very clearly documented. I got back my damage deposit within 7 days. We were allowed to leave our baggages before check-in time. The bathroom and shower are excellent! Even though they state no cleaning equipment is provided, we got new sponge, washing-up liquid, shower gel and shampoo! Everything is adequate, even the cooking equipment (which tends to be insufficient in other small apartments). The balcony looks to a garden and it is very calm and quiet. The price point was very good at this apartment, especially because it is 5-6mins walk from the beach!

“Nice apartment”

The overall impression of the apartment is positive. It's enough for 2 people. There is a comfortable bed to sleep on and the sofa, but it's not suitable for sleep. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, so you can cook anything there. The wifi is super quick. The host quickly reacts to any issues you can face. There is a washing machine on the top floor so you can do laundry for free, just need to buy some detergent. Before check-in, you have to pay the deposit. I get the deposit back in 19 days( with a small commission taken ~5 euro) The apartment is located a bit on the hill on the ground floor, but it's in the city center.It took around 10-15 min to get to the beach. There is a small balcony where you can dry your clothes. We were staying in this apartment in November so it's been relatively quiet in the night and morning. The apartment is good for its money.

Located in the vicinity of central plaza in Agia Napa (close to the monastery). Multiple beaches and Agia Napa harbour accessible in 10-30 minutes by walking. A lot of shops nearby, but many (70%) closed off-season. Bus station also accessible. Separate bedrooms (2) which may be convenient at times. Rather large bathroom compared to other places we've seen. Well furnished kitchen and working freezer/other appliances, now there is also salt in the kitchen :) Very useful extra blankets for the night (Nov/Dec). Terrace on top was very nice, with view of the sea and city.

The location is great, 8 mins walk from the beach and 4 minutes walk to the main street of Ayia Napa where all the restaurants and shops are. Everything was cleaned and great.

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The location is very good and the place is clean. The wine and water bottle in the fridge were really nice surprise at arrival. Hosts are kind and will quickly answer all your questions.
