We were extremely disappointed with our stay. During the cleaning of our room, our laptop was damaged. When we politely raised the issue with the host, instead of trying to help or discuss the situation professionally, she was rude and aggressive. The most disturbing part happened later that night, when she sent us messages demanding that we leave the apartment immediately, claiming that our reservation had been cancelled and that we had already received a refund. This was completely untrue. Booking.com later confirmed that the reservation had not been cancelled and that no refund had been issued. It felt as though she was simply trying to force us out of the accommodation in the middle of the night. As two female travelers, this situation made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Being told to leave our accommodation late at night, based on false information, was extremely stressful and frightening. We are very disappointed with the host's behavior and the way this situation was handled.

The room was perfect with a high standard and a very good location. Also, Maria is the most customer-oriented landlady I have every met, and she made our last day a lot more easier. I will definitely book again when visiting Cyprus the next time.

The apartment is excellently equipped, new, and modern, having everything needed for a longer stay. The owner, Maria, is very kind; she even allowed us to stay longer on our last day until our flight departure since she had no guests immediately after us. “Really nice home and great host”

For us it was really important to have a flexibility for the check in schedule, and considering that this property has independent check in, it was great. Another key aspect is the communication with the host. Maria is a great host, she gave us important information about the parking nearby which was not marked on Google maps and there were plenty of spots for free. The property was clean and has a great location.

It was a really nice apartment. It's close to the strip where all the bars and pubs are, but it is not noise,the windows and doors are solid proof for sound, but even open it is a quiet street. It was a walking distance of everything we liked ten to fifteen minutes from the luna park, bars, pubs, restaurants and the squer. Our favorite beache was Pantachou so it was walking distance from there too. On the way there is also a little place with vegan food and smothiees as well as other helthy foods that is super cheep Fusis. All the best rated and low key restaurants were near us too. The host was really nice, she was there a second we needed anything. If I were to come back it would be here.

Everything was perfect! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was kind and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the location was perfect. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to check in earlier and even offered the possibility to stay longer if needed. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back! 🍹☀️

Very tidy and lovely studio equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom and balcony.  Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions within 5-10 minutes Maria is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she know about the area. The property has a convenient location and is near to the clubs, bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 15 minute walk and you are at the beach… The apartment was clean, everything that is needed at home was there. I loved the host’s hospitality. She was really caring, attentive and helpful. ♥️ I am sure that I will be staying in this property the next time I visit Ayia Napa.
