“A 5-Star Illusion: Appalling Service, Severe Hygiene Failures, and Inedible Food”

I must give credit where it is due: the pastry department is phenomenal. The desserts were consistently 5-star, genuinely delicious, and of a very high standard. Unfortunately, this was the absolute only redeeming quality of our stay and the only aspect that actually belonged in a luxury hotel.

Hotel is very beautiful recommended for Familys, many facilities very clean and the hospitality by Diana was amazing she even noticed my Birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and fruit platter

Loved the location, very easy to navigate. The staff are very friendly - especially Diana at reception. Great wifi - fantastic bandwidth - I worked by the pool on one of the beds. The options at lunch and dinner were good - although lunch was my favourite. The drinks were good, and the pools were clean, poolside beds were perfection. The room was great - the mattress was incredibly comfortable and the "sea view" actually meant "sea view". I had family members staying at a more famous hotel and the mattress was uncomfortable, their sea view room saw no sea and their hotel definitely was not as modern or clean.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to the beach, which is magnificent and beautiful. The large swimming pool on the premises is superb and very enjoyable. The food is delicious, and the staff are polite and friendly. Overall, it is a great place for a comfortable stay.

The beach was very beautiful, the service at the restaurant was polite and correct. Food was ok, you could find something that you like, not the best.

Location for beach Proximity to Nissi Beach ( 10/15 minutes walk) and Ayia Napa town ( bus or 30 minute walk) Food generally good Staff in general are friendly Rooms modern

Amazing location by the beach and lots of local amenities. Hotel looks extremely luxurious and modern and lots of space with large rooms.

One of the best hotels in Ayia Napa due to its location. Good rooms, we had an all-inclusive package. The food was good.

The staff are all great …zoi in the restaurant saw me and my wife scrambling to find a lost stone from a bracelet …we thought it was lost …the next night she presented it to us and said she stayed behind to give a really good look. It was found under a trolley…just above and beyond customer service …the whole place is just fab and the food is outstanding the whole staff should be rewarded. We will go back
