fabulous value for what you get, right on the beach and close to many shops and restaurants close to Nissi beach - like 25 min walk to Agia Napa downtown. We had a lovely view from our balcony, it was clean (gets cleaned every third day), there‘s no pool which we obviously knew, fully equiped kitchen big fridge good aircon, modern tv with streaming options, very friendly staff, lots pf cute cats :))

Najbolji smestaj u Ayia Napa. Stvarno,ne preterujem. Ovo je smestaj za sve ljubitelje pravog odmora,koji zele da uzivaju u pogledu na more,mirisu mora i nestvarno lepoj plazi koja je odmah tu ispred apartmana. Na samo 5 minuta nalazi se i Nissi beach,kao i Musan muzej,a tu je i dosta prodavnica i kompletno opremljena kuhinja ukoliko zelite da spremate hranu sami. Apartmani se redovno ciste,menja se posteljina i peskiri,a pri dolasku ce vas sacekati voce,vino i voda. Divni domacini su uvek tu ako nesto zatreba. Svakako cemo biti vasi gosti svaki put kada dodjemo na Kipar. Hvala na svemu.

“Awesome”
The hotel is located 20 meters from the beach. We had a room with a sea view and admired the sunrise every morning. The hotel is a family business run by Spyros and his friend Phytos, both of whom are welcoming hosts, always ready to help. In the apartment's kitchen, we found all the necessary utensils, plus fresh fruit and a bottle of wine and water as a welcome gift. We had dinner every night at their restaurant, where we were served only traditional Cypriot food, cooked in the clay oven in front of the hotel. The food was delicious every time, and as if that weren't enough, they gave us a discount every day at the restaurant because we were staying at their hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality, and we will gladly return to their hotel.

“Tranquil beachfront suites with good choice of restaurants and services nearby”
location beach front, very convenient location to go for a quick dip or walk on the beach. Sandy Bay Beach has a part of the sea with very shallow water that is ideal for small kids. Water sports are also available. 6 minutes on foot lead to adjacent beaches. Steady wifi in room. We never cooked but there are basic equipment to do so. A bottle of white wine and 2 apples were in the fridge to welcome us. Worthwhile to pay for the full seaview room at higher floor with balcony (equipped with 2 sun beds and a small table to dine al fresco. The hotel restaurant is open for dinner (except Sunday). We had dinner on Tuesday with meat cooked in the stone oven in the garden with firewood. The owners are very polite and helpful. Would also like to thank the cleaning lady who is very kind and caring (I felt sick during my vacation). A well-know fish restaurant is also right on the main road and food is good. There is an excellent supermarket 5 minutes away (not the first mini-market on the main road but the one 60 meters away direction downtown, we found good fresh fruits, vast choice of food and liquors that opens till midnight).

“This was a short stay but a memorable one.being able to relax and unwind from the moment Iarrived”
The location is fantastic, step out of the property straight into the cove for a day of relaxing on the beach or getting a massage, or eating delicious food. The staff also went above and beyond for me. As a solo female traveller they made me feel safe and looked out for me the manager personally meeting me at the hotel to check me in due to my late arrival and responding quickly to my enquiries on how to get from the airport to the property as it was a last minute booking I didn’t have time to research such things. But I lucked out booking this place for sure!

We would easily give this accommodation 100/100! The host was extremely pleasant, the apartment brand new with an amazing view, and everything was sparkling clean. The place was cleaned every third day, and the beach is literally just 10 steps away. We will definitely be coming back again!

The location was perfect (1 min walking distance to the beach) and very convenient with our toddler. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything spotless and clean.
