Everything was very good, great location( bakery/ bus stop/ supermarket/ restaurant nearby). The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We didn’t use a car but there are plenty of parking lots in front of apartment. Communication with Chris was very easy.

“Great apartment with huge terrace and a friendly host”
Great place to stay in Ayia Napa. The apartment is really close to the center, you can walk to any attractions. Clubbing area is the closest, clubs start 100m from here, so it is great for outgoing groups. Apartment is very clean, rooms are spacious, it has all amenities needed for a holiday, the terrace is huge so you can enjoy outdoor space. Chris is a great host, he was very helpful with any information needed, he greeted us on our arrival and offered visiting suggestions. Parking space available. Key lock at property.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. There was everything we needed, dishes, washing machine, big balcony, comfortable beds etc. Chris is great and friendly host also🙂

Chris was a great host! He showed us the apartment, gave us recommendations and some fruit and olive oil from his trees. The apartment is a bit small, but it was perfect for us (5 people). Every room has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are enough plates, pots, pans, glasses. The terrace was also very nice! Even though it's a bit close to the party street, the noise is not so bad. With the windows closed you can barely hear anything and we had no trouble sleeping.

“great place to stay for any purpose”
very nice and comfortable place with all stuff that you need. 15 minutes by walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the central street. Chis, the owner, was very helpful and care a lot about his guests :)

very nice apartment, well equipped. we had a welcome refreshment which was super nice. the location is close to the city and bar street. owners are super nice and friendly. definitely recommend. :)
