Family friendly beach resort. Got upgraded from junior to queens suite which was perfect for family with kids (the room fully separates into 2, with both having toilet and bathroom)

“Let down and not a 5* experience”
We stayed in a Junior Suite as a family of 5. It was spacious, clean and modern.

“This is not a 5-star hotel”
This is not a 5-star hotel. At a 5-star hotel, you expect cleanliness to be at a high standard, but unfortunately that was not the case here. The room felt outdated, even though it was located in the newer building. The bed sheets were yellowish, the towels as well, the floor was dusty, and we even found long black hairs in the towels, plus stains on the sofa and toilet. Cleaning is not difficult, but the housekeeping staff clearly need better training and attention to detail. The food at the restaurants was good — a bit overpriced, but good. The gym was surprisingly modern and fully equipped with all the necessary machines. The staff was generally polite, although some employees at the reception should be more efficient and proactive. The lady working the evening shift was extremely kind and quick, while the others seemed to move in slow motion. This hotel has potential and could definitely be improved, as the issues are mostly small details that need adjustment. However, I personally will definitely not return.

“DRINKS NOT INCLUDED FULL BOARD* be aware”
The rooms are acceptable and the staff were generally polite, but the overall atmosphere, quality and attention to detail simply do not match the price you pay. I also want to mention Giorgia at reception, who was one of the few genuinely positive parts of our stay. We had requested a king-size bed before arrival and nobody handled the request properly, but at least she tried to help and upgraded us to a better room on the third night

It’s amazing hotel, I had beautiful sea view room, 1 min walk to the best beach Nissi Beach, clean hotel, beautiful, nice gym, staff is very friendly and helpful. I had really good time, I will be back again!!!
