“Great stay, chill place!”
Super friendly staff and right on the beach. Lovely pool area and common kitchen. Bar at the front with good live music was fun!!

“didn't stay BUT very nice manager”
I didn't end up staying here due to miscommunication about my arrival date (after I got delayed and then the desired room was not available anymore) but the manager was super friendly - didn't charge me and even reserved the last bed for me in the dorm (I preferred private) whilst I looked for another place to stay, just in case I didnt find anywhere. The hostel looked very nicely done, clean and with a good atmosphere.

The overall atmosphere is young, lady back, and close to nature. We truly enjoyed that there is no large buildings and a lot of blooming bushes and interesting plants. We truly hope Ayampe can find a good way with sustainable development and stay away from western style tourism development.

Super sweet location, just a few steps to the beach, and with its own beach access. Nice pool and hang out areas. It was nice with a fan in the room. Their "mahi mahi"-something - pescado de la plancha in the restaurant, one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff.

“Nice little nook”
The closeness to the beach (through a private entry) and anything Ayampe has to offer. The friendly, helpful staff going above and beyond at all times. Great breakfast.

“Sweet location once construction ends”
Nice location by the beach. The manager was fun, energetic, understanding and helpful. A great price and I could hear the ocean at night. A bit moist/chilly at night so bring layers.
