Spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms exceeded all our expectations. Everything was clean and emergency champagne saved us as well :) Basically best accomodation for bigger group I have ever been to.

“Style in central Ay”

Very nice place in central Ay, easy to access and down a quiet side street, with very nice bakeries around the corner. Apartment as advertised, and was very nicely decorated by someone with a very good eye including some fun touches. Really appreciated the starter milk, juice and water in the fridge, and we made use of the unofficial "minibar" provided as the bottle price was very reasonable. The terrace also catches good afternoon sun!

The Appartement was soo pretty, even nicer than on the pictures ! And it was exceptional clean! It’s very central, you just have to go out the door and you are right in the cute city of Ay, with all the wonderful wineries do close by. We had so much space with 6 people and the apartment was equipped with everything you need. I want to go back to Ay just to stay there again 🥰

Spacious, air conditioned, very clean, well equipped, modern and perfect location. Aurelien was a fantastic host. Great communication and supplied information and suggestions of the local area. He went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue and arranged for a nurse to come to the apartment.

This is a gem of a property and the photos dont do it justice. I was really impressed with the decor and the excellent kitchen facilities. There was ground coffee and tea provided and a stock of champagne in the fridge.

Perfect stay if you want to explore the Reims area. Located in the town of Ay, it is very convenient and close to the main towns and cities in the area but without the traffic and the buzz. The apartment is very comfortable and homey. It is spacious and the decor and amenities are new, stylish and in mint conditions. Aurelien is the perfect host. He was attentive, kind, responsive and extremely helpful.

The apartment was amazing. Everyone loved it so much. It was quiet and had dark curtains to block the light during night time. If I ever go back to Champagne with a big group we would definitely stay here. This is the first time I can give 10/10 to any accommodation and I'm happy to do it.

very clean and comfortable with nice furniture. good facilities to allow for cooking and provision of champagne and beer for a small fee if you want. excellent host who was very helpful with information on the local area plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 children.

The location is central but quiet. The accommodation was just perfect. We were a family of 6 and having 4 rooms gave everyone, space and privacy. The lounge and kitchen area was very comfortable. Beautiful tasteful decor throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
