Lovely little village, had food in a lovely place round. The corner that the host had recommended. Also the honesty bar (beer & champagne in the fridge) didn’t use it as had a drink out, but it was a nice touch had we been staying longer

Very nice and cozy apartment with everything you need! Nice location with good connection to Epernay and Reims and there is a bakery and supermarket nearby. The town (Ay) just does not have a lot of restaurants and not much to do.

Great location in Aÿ with a super responsive and kind host. The studio is quite small but it has absolutely everything needed to be independent. Separate kitchen and bathroom. Very well equipped, small but fully functional well kitted out kitchen, great bed and bedding. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi works well. Apartment is beautifully presented. A rustic interior courtyard available to sit and enjoy the sun or work at the table provided. Excellent security. Highly recommended.

We liked everything. The apartments are located in the very center of a small cozy town, however the place is very quiet and calm. No problems with parking. Very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The town is also very cozy, it was nice to wander along the quiet streets.

Great communication with Aurélien. Clear instructions, and a full explanation of what to see and do in the area, including descriptions of the champagne houses and restaurants. The studio is perfect for two people. The bed is very comfortable. It is very clean with lovely decoration. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is stocked with beer and champagne, which you pay for on an 'honesty' basis. The studio is situated in the centre of the town, so you can walk to all the champagne houses and restaurants. Parking is on the street. We will definitely be visiting again...soon!

“Les Bulles d’Ay is a super spot to stay”

Aurelien is a good host, the apartment is well appointed and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking and tea/coffee prep unlike most apartments I have stayed at. Milk, OJ, butter, condiments, beers, Champagnes too. Wifi is very strong and fast. Superb boulangerie is around the corner as well as La Frigousse, a wine bar that has an eclectic array of special champagnes.

Wonderfully located apartment in Ay, walking distance to local restaurants and amenities, easy drive to champagne houses in Epernay. The apartment was well set up with a mini kitchen and seating areas. Communication with our host was good and timely, but we never met. On street parking outside or nearby, depending on the amount of traffic parking.

Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, butter and jam was available free of charge. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner and also a store down the street. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked, and they even have beer and champagne for sale at about the same cost as the store. The space is beautifully decorated, the bed and comforter makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud.
