“Good value for money.”
Staff very helpful and lovely manner. Room warm and lots of hot water Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hanging space which is unusual these days. Location perfect. Hired a car from Toulouse and free parking near by.

“Good spa, reasonable room but ruined by the noise”
The pool facilities, sauna and hamman were good. The room was clean, decent hot shower and good selection of kitchen equipment and utensils. Discount to the local thermal baths if you ask at reception.

“Great location with the bonus of thermal Spa included”
Great location, easy to get to the telecabin for skiing. Walkable to all the restaurants and bakeries. Spa was wonderful, a total bonus to our stay. Also they have free lockers on the ground floor for ski/snowboard and boots. Will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent one night at Le Grand Tetras. The room was comfortable and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the spa, pool and wellness centre all included in the price. Excellent breakfast brought to our room and the staff we met all very friendly. A great position for exploring the town. Thoroughly recommend

“Terrific Spa in Ax Les Thermes”
It was quite a long drive for us from Beziers to Ax Les Thermes but it was beautiful scenery and the spa at the hotel made it worth the trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean and there were microwave and cooking facilities in the room. Catherine was exceptionally helpful on check in giving us advice to help our stay and enjoy the surrounding area. Of her 3 restaurants recommendations we chose Le Zebra and was not disappointed-the meal and staff were outstanding. The spa facilities were super clean and had everything you needed to relax ie gym, jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna. There were other treatments available at an additional cost but we did not use them. Safe and free parking was available across the road behind the casino.late checkout at 12 meant we could use the spa in the morning too. Breakfast at 12 euros per person delivered to your room was reasonable but we opted to have breakfast in the little bistro /coffee shop next foor which was very good. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area . Formidable.
