“Just there overnight to meet up with family, so it fitted the bill perfectly. Clean and quiet.”
Great hosts, friendly and helpful. They make the place as it is only a two-star but has all you need for a short stay. Vey good Continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay and were very happy with everything. Francisco and Flo were incredibly kind and helpful—they even dried all our ski clothes after a rainy day so we could use them again. They were always attentive, lovely to chat with, and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The triple room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We’d happily come back!

The location is very convenient. It's close to the elevator and the sulfur baths. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.

“A 2 star hotel with 5 star staff that punches well above it's weight!!”
Upon arrival my friends and I were met with a genuine welcome and were immediately made fee like guests not customers. The two staff members at the bar / reception couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay in the hotel and in Ax les Thermes - Top marks all round. We booked a 4 bed room which was quite large and clinically clean with a nice en suite bathroom. The follow morning we were treated to a really good continental breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again!
