Absolutely the best location you can get for visiting theme park. Non collab rooms (cocoons) are still worth it as you get the same awesome service! You will get retro mobile cell phone which will let you to communicate with front desk and ask for a ride between activities in the park or delivery of your luggage even after checkout! The stuff is super nice and polite. Room is very specious and really beautiful, especially if you are into the wooden aesthetic. You will get some fresh fruits and free wine which you will be able to enjoy in the private bath or at your private balcony. Thankfully to Grand Chariot we were able to get the most remarkable experience and good memories of our stay.

It was a once in a life time experience to see the full lunar eclipse here. The hotel itself is just beautiful, great amenity and hot tub. Felt so well pampered during the whole stay and thanks for preparing the birthday cake for us!

“Stunning, Relaxing, Quite, Luxurious Stay in Awaji Island”

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Amazing first class service and wonderful staff. We loved how quiet and private our room was. Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. This resort is located at the top of the mountain inside the Awajishima Anime Park. If you are visiting the Park, it is very convenient to stay here. The hotel's pick up service is extraordinary. We took the JR express bus from Osaka Station. Got off at the bottom of the mountain, 1 floor below the huge souvenir shop. It is a bit tricky to find the hotel pick up point -- An Information Stand by the road side. Once we got on the van, the hotel staff (a Thai lady) really went out of her way to help us! She first dropped us to the park for lunch. Then dropped off the luggages back to the hotel and came back to pass us a mobile phone (we did not have a local mobile and roaming is very expensive) so that we could call her to pick us up after we finished visiting the Park in the evening! Everything is perfect, from pick up, check in, dinner, room cleaniness, and breakfast. The night view from our patio was stunning!! We could see so many stars and the beautiful bridge!

The views were stunning, the rooms spacious and well-appointed, the service excellent. Every member of staff was courteous and friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The meals were delicious and beautifully plated. Incredible value for money. The room price included admission to the Godzilla zip line in the theme park adjacent to the resort, an unexpected and delightful surprise!
