Very nice staff, happy people all around, and good service. You feel we’ll taken cared of. Big food area with big variety so everyone finds something that they like. Bahtiyar and Medin took good care of us when we had any request. Hotel was exceptonally clean both inside and outside. Restaurant staff was always welcoming and remember you which is very nice.

Everythin here was veeeery good! I highly recommend this Hotel for staying. The people are very friendly, polite and nice. The food is super fresh and very tasty. If you have kids - you have everything for them on the territory as well. Animation is good. We loved staying at White City.

Not the best food I've tried but there was a lot to choose from- gluten free, vegan, even mashed food, yoghurts and juices for kids, which was a great plus. There was a Starbucks and detox drinks served in drink bars and a good selection in snack court. A big variety of drinks in bars which were spread throughout the hotel. The room was nice, clean, with great comfortable beds. I liked that we got fresh water bottles in the room everyday. The staff was super friendly but small minus is that the receptionists did not speak good english so it was hard to communicate. We enjoyed the animation shows as well- each wvening there was a nice performance prepared.

Nice staff, good cleaning service. Tasty food and drinks , a lot's of different dishes. Highly recommend.

“Best hotel around here”

Hotel had everything we needed! 2 pools, private beach, bars, entertainment, and even free Starbucks coffee shop and vitamins bar. Also, when we arrived our room wasn't ready, we book standard room with the sea view but the staff upgraded us to the premium room with massive balcony with outdoor bath and sun lounges with the view at the swimming pool and sea! In couple days they said we can stay in the same room for the rest of the holiday and it was free of charge 👏 the staff here so friendly, everyone smiling and very helpful

Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious with lots of variety, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there were so many fun activities and entertainment options throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool area and evening shows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Resort, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel boasts stunning views and luxurious accommodations, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kadir. From the moment I arrived, Kadir went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. He was always ready to assist with anything I needed, from providing local recommendations to helping with special requests. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help created a warm atmosphere that made my stay feel like home. The amenities at White Resort are fantastic, and the dining options are superb. However, it was Kadir's dedication and helpfulness that truly set this place apart. I highly recommend White Resort, not just for its beautiful setting but also for the outstanding service that Kadir and the team provide. I can't wait to return!

“Should be 6 star!”

Everything was perfect. I honesly couldn't fault a single thing. The kids club was incredible, my son was wanting for it to open every day, something different every day too. Sadly we never made the evening entertainment as my son kept falling asleep but after speaking to others they all said it was really good. The Beach bar serves lovely fresh food, just sit at the table, scan the qr code and they bring it right to you. The free starbucks everyday was a lifesaver! Iced lattes, frappes, you name it. Always such helpful and friendly staff and you don't really need to lift a finger. We had our drinks brought to us around the pool by a povely waiter and it really made this holiday feel so much more luxurious for being waited on hand and foot haha. Will definitely be returning.

“We liked our stay in the White city resort hotel”

I liked very much our second room on the fourth floor, because of the sea view. I was especially satisfied with the wooden platform with the sun beds, above the water. Kebab was delicious. Our maid, Elmas, from the first floor, did the great job, the room was always tidy. Umut, from the reception desk was especially kind and generous, all the girls from there were also very helpful and pleasant. Many waiters from the main restaurant were kind and helpful. The young man from the coffee house has been making a great espresso and the ice cream from there was delicious. Döner from the beach club was tasty. The barman from the club was pleasant. Pancakes with the chocolate cream for breakfast in the main restaurant were nice. Tuna from the spa salon did me a great massage. Sasha from the same place was very kind. While we were coming back to the hotel from the excursion to Cappadokia, on October the 22nd, the doorman was very welcoming. Generally, we liked our stay in the hotel that much, that we stayed in couple days more than we planned to!

The place exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, cleaned rooms, food was good but it could have been nice a day with more seafood options. But the food was good, plenty and diversified, don't get me wrong. The best of this hotel was the entertainment team, @turkey_animation, and we would like to thank them for being so nice and friendly people. We would especially like to thank Milana, Furkan, Nastia, Olya, Liza, and Faith. Thank you, guys, for making our vacation one full of laughter and happiness. Hope to see you again someday 🤗
