Overview
Résidence Saskia Falaise is located in Avoriaz 1800 ski resort, with direct access to the slopes. It features apartments with private balconies and panoramic views of the Morzine Valley. The apartments at Saskia Falaise have a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking facilities, a microwave and a dishwasher. Each has a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can enjoy traditional French cuisine and a bar at the ski resort’s restaurant La Falaise. Facilities include a children’s club and a 24-hour reception during the winter season. During winter months, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception. Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental. Saskia Falaise is situated near the Swiss border, in France’s Haute Savoie region. It is approximately 40 km from Lake Geneva. L'Aquariaz Mountain Spa is located nearby and offers over 2000m² of swimming pools and slides. There is also a climbing wall, outdoor hot tub with valley views and a gentle flowing river. “Pleasant stay”
Great location, the room is quite small, but for just me and my daughter, it was more than enough. The kitchen has many home appliances. Nice view from balcony. Close to the parking.

“Great location in Avoriaz, felt like good value for money and would stay again”
Location was great, so close to the undercover parking which made life so much easier. We booked the apartment that was for 6 people but there was just 3 of us so it felt nice and spacious. It was really warm and clean, the shower had good pressure. Ski locker was great but would be snug for 6 sets of skis and boots! Loved the little welcome package with washing up liquid, a sponge etc. Loved that it was ski in and ski out.

That was pretty good. Rooms are little less than it looked at the pictures. Water is good. Room was clean but pretty used. Personal is very responsive and kind. Amazing view. Very close to ski lifts.

Location was brilliant for the centre of avoriaz and the lifts. Supermarket a two minute walk and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Super clean, very comfy, well equipped kitchen, wifi great, loved the balcony, staff were very responsive to questions durning my stay. The ski locker is also easy to access. I stayed on my own but this one bed apartment would be great for a family or a couple or even four adults who get on well. Sofa bed was a good size.

Excellent location - close to the Avoriaz vehicle drop off and you can ski in / ski out. Staff extremely polite and helpful. The apartment itself is pretty basic but it was clean and exactly what we needed for a short trip.

“Perfect little place for a short break”
Beautiful views., great balcony! Quite basic but that was fine. I’ve stayed in higher spec properties part of the Pierre Vacances, this was perfect for a short ski trip. Personally I don’t cook when I’m away, but do use kitchen for snacks & drinks. I wouldn’t think it would be big enough for 4 adults, there was two of us in single beds & we used the bunks for storing our clothes. Would be ok for family with children. Lovely friendly staff I enjoyed the privacy of the room & having access from the slopes.
