Overview
Located in the picturesque bay of Avlemonas, just 10 metres from Avlemonas Bay, this property consists of 2 buildings. The 1st building is facing Avlemonas Bay and offers 3 sea-view apartments. The 2nd property is facing Paleopoli Bay and offers 4 sea-view studios Each air-conditioned, traditionally decorated room opens out to a spacious balcony or terrace with views of the sea. In-room facilities include a TV, safe and air conditioning. A private bathroom with either bathtub or shower is standard. Within walking distance, guests can find seaside cafes and restaurants. The main town of Kythira can be reached at around 18 km. Kythira Airport is a 15-minute drive away. On-site parking is provided free of charge.

Beautifully situated - amazing ; our hosts, Zios and Anna, were terrific. They ensured we were comfortable and the Veranda cafe, on-site, served great food - especially the desserts. Stay there if you can.

The apartment that I stayed in was clean, new and comfortable and had all the basics. The position and view (check out the sunrise) were wonderful. The owner and staff although only around for a couple of days were great.

“Beautiful, would come back again”
Beautifully positioned with a stunning veranda overlooking a small bay where you can swim a minute after finishing breakfast. The hosts were amazing taking care of us more like of a family than clients. Special thanks to Zois who on multiple occasions spoiled us with custom meals worthy of a culinary awards!

Beautiful view of Avlemonas cove from balcony. Fantastic, loving, happy, and welcoming family with excellent, friendly- staff, and the cafe on the balcony is an excellent place to chill and have a meal and drink with a magnificent view! Thank you, Dimitri, and Zoe's (life) :)

“A wonderful location with friendly staff a beautiful and relaxed holiday we will be back for sure.”
We loved having access to the small kitchen to prepare breakfast or a snack if we needed to. The room overlooks the wonderful swimming area and has a great Bar and Restaurant overlooking the water. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Avlemonas is close to some beautiful beaches and has quite a few great restaurants.
