Great, modern, spacious, well equipped apartment in an excellent location in the centre of the town. We loved it.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and the design is just wonderful. Location is excellent with many bars and resturants close. There is a parking a few walk minutes away (Parking Plaza de Espana) if you can not find anywhere in the streets.

“An absolutely stunning apartment in an absolutely stunning town”

This was the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. So much space! The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the best pillows I have ever slept on. There were even bathrobes supplied, I felt like in a 5* hotel! Due to facing to the rear of the building, it is super quiet at all times. Avilés itself is such a gem. We stayed for 3 nights, and we are already planning to come back and see more of the region. Our host met us when we arrived, and he gave us a lot of information about local restaurants and sights. We tried most of them and were so impressed. Casa Lin is an absolute must for a lovely evening meal, and so is the menu del dia at Casa Tataguyo. Try La Guindilla bar for a late night drink with amazing tapas.

The apartment is amazing! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, most comfortable beds and pillows ever and spotlessly clean. Despite being right in the centre, the apartment is really quiet. Couldn't hear a single noise all night! Excellent communication with the owner who was extremely helpful. Many thanks! We will definitely return.
