“Unremarkable hotel”
Advertised as 'Boutique' Hotel but is very shabby. Advertised spa facilities which are in the basement where people come in from parking area and there is a pool table there. Meal had to be served in room not allowing guests to eat in dining room and the meal was a microwave dinner

“A Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff”
We stayed one night as a couple on a business trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the bed was excellent.

“Beautiful building with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast”
The room and the bed were bigger than in a chain hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant with a good choice of food (when available) and the staff were present 24h/24 to help or advise. The hotel itself is beautiful and very typical of the region. There is a nice lounge where we could meet up after breakfast or in the evening, if we wanted. It is situated in the north of Auxerre, about 7 minutes walk from the main monuments.

The hotel has lots of character and is well located for the city centre. There was secure off-street parking and the breakfast was good. The air conditioning was very welcome on a hot day.
