Do not stay here in winter under any circumstances! The apartment was freezing cold, and it had not been heated before our arrival. Inside, it was so cold that we had to wear all the clothes we brought with us. Even with shoes on, it felt unbearable. There were no blankets or anything to warm us up. Hot water was only enough for one person to take a quick shower, so warming up that way was impossible too. The apartment never warmed up throughout the entire night, and we had to sleep in two layers of clothes. The service was extremely poor. The agents were very slow to respond and offered no real help. Romain stopped replying altogether, and Guillaume responded but made it clear he knew nothing about the apartment. Additional issues: • No slippers provided. • There was not even salt. • Extremely poor sound insulation – we could hear the neighbors all the time. At 6 a.m., I was woken up by the noise of garbage trucks outside. This apartment is downright unsafe in winter. The attitude of the hosts is inhumane: instead of helping us, they repeatedly reminded us not to “overuse the heating.” Clearly, they don’t care about their guests’ comfort.

“Cosy Autun”
Location is amazing. Very central. The apartment was confortable for the two of us. Home cooked meals were easy with an amazing Boucherie in town. We stayed for a week and really felt at home. Our favorite restaurant was Le Châteaubriant - beautiful authentic meals and very friendly staff.
